5 out of 5 starsFantastic bag! Just the right size. I love the crossbody style and ability to fold over when I don't need to carry as much. Quick shipping and great customer service that checked with me to arrange the best shipping option when I asked at order. Thanks!

Wholesale availability
In order to better focus on our retail customers we are no longer selling via wholesale. If this changes, we will post something here!
How do I return an item?
Product Returns and exchanges- are available for retail orders within 3 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange. Returned products must be delivered back to S&R within 15 days of original shipment, no exceptions. Once returned to S&R the returned item will be refunded less all initial shipping costs.
There are no exchanges or refunds on customized, personalized, seconds sale, flash sale, or discounted items. Shipping costs will only be refunded when Stitch & Rivet, LLC has made an error.
Custom and personalized orders
Please understand customizing items via the Etsy interface is far too complicated within our workflow, so we do not offer the service online.
If an item can be personalized (with initials etc) we will make it an option on the listing.
Any personalization deems an item non-returnable and non-refundable.
Care instructions
Canvas Care: In order to maintain the wax finish we suggest you spot clean with water and a very mild soap only when absolutely necessary, or just wipe clean with water and air dry. Do not put waxed canvas items in a washing machine or dryer.
Leather Care: In order to maintain your leather pieces you should wipe clean any dirt spots with a damp cloth and allow to air dry, if desired, use a small amount of neatsfoot oil or high-quality leather conditioner on a soft cloth to gently rub over the entire item. Do not apply any solvent based cleaner as it can cause irreparable damage to leather. Always test a product in an inconspicuous spot first.
Do you make donations to charitable causes, silent auctions etc?
We only make product donations to charitable causes that have a footprint in our neighborhood of Washington, DC. If your group is having an event in Brookland, NE DC please stop by the studio. Please do not contact Stitch & Rivet via the Etsy interface to solicit donations.
Why aren’t you selling via Etsy anymore?
We have focused our sales on our own website. Etsy was an amazing launchpad, but as life changes, so did our need to control our customer experience and workflow.
